In honor of our 30th anniversary this year, we are excited to invite you to a momentous convening of our annual Grassroots Gathering this fall! Mark your calendars for September 26-28, 2025 to join us at the Airfield Conference Center in Wakefield, VA. The Grassroots Gathering will include all of the impactful speakers, workshops, and activities that we have become accustomed to - with a special recognition dinner to honor all of the work that has been done over the past 30 years. You won't want to miss it!

COST SHARING
So that we can continue to put our resources into building capacity, we ask that participants share in the cost of Grassroots Gathering 2025.
Full cost, meals and materials included:
Full weekend (shared lodge rooms) $190
One night (shared lodge rooms) $95
Saturday only (no lodging) $75
Please pay what you can—less if you can’t afford the full cost, more if you can share in someone else’s cost. If you can afford only $25 or $50, that is okay!
Don’t let the expense be a barrier to your participation. You can set up a payment plan to pay a set amount every month or work with your local Chapter to raise money to cover these costs. A minimum payment of $25 is requested.

Please read before completing your registration:
If you are able to cover the full costs for your participation, please choose the appropriate "Full Cost" ticket. You will be prompted to pay with a credit/debit card.
If you are able to cover a part of the full costs for your participation, please choose the appropriate "Pay What You Can" ticket. This ticket is not "FREE." You will be prompted to make a donation with a credit/debit card.
If you do not have a credit/debit card, please select the appropriate "Pay What You Can" ticket option and indicate that you will pay by mail or in person to your local organizer.
You can also make a donation toward transportation for those who will need transportation to and from the event.
So that we have an accurate count for meals and lodging, please make sure to mark which meals and nights you would like to reserve. Thank you!
